Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Credit Pack Refunds

Credit packs are one-time purchases of verification credits. Our refund policy for credit packs is straightforward:

2. Subscription Cancellations

Subscription plans are recurring monthly billing arrangements. Our cancellation policy:

Refund for current period	If canceled within 3 days of renewal AND less than 10% of credits used: full refund If canceled after 3 days of renewal: not eligible for refund (access continues until period end)
Auto-renewal	Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled before the renewal date. You will receive a renewal notification 7 days before your next billing date.

How to cancel: Log in to your account, visit Membership → Cancel Subscription in your dashboard. This immediately stops all future billing through Lemon Squeezy. Alternatively, contact us at support@email-validaton.com.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be made in writing:

1. Email support@email-validaton.com with the subject “Refund Request”
2. Include your account email address and the order/invoice reference number (available in your Membership dashboard under Transaction History)
3. Briefly state the reason for your refund request (optional but helps us improve)

We process all refunds through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card) used at the time of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

• Credit packs where more than 50% of credits have been consumed, regardless of purchase date.
• Credit packs purchased more than 14 days ago, even if unused.
• Subscription periods that have already been fully accessed (past the 3-day post-renewal window).
• Accounts terminated due to violation of our Termos de Serviço (prohibited activities, abuse, fraud).
• Free tier usage (free tier is provided at zero cost).
• Dissatisfaction with verification accuracy when results fall within the technical limitations described in our Terms of Service (SMTP protocol constraints, provider-specific policies).

5. Processing Time

• Refund approval: Within 2 business days of receiving your request.
• Payment processing: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider (PayPal typically faster, credit cards may take longer).
• Credit reversal: Your credit balance will be adjusted upon refund approval. Refunded credits are removed from your account.
